Camp Description
Note: The football camp is a non-contact camp
We also offer a flag football camp for boys - learn more here.
Our Spartans Girls Flag Football Camp is not just about learning the game; it's about having a blast while doing so! Whether your athlete has experience or is interested in starting flag football for the first time, this camp is for them! By working with our experienced coaches and current players, they will learn much more than flag football! Athletes will learn teamwork, self-discipline, consideration of others, and how to attain their potential on the field and in life. There will be instruction for quarterbacks, running backs, wide receivers, linebackers, and defensive backs! We aim to create a fun learning experience for each camper. We will teach ball skills, passing skills, stance, speed, power, increased flexibility, team leadership, confidence, competitiveness, and fundamentals of flag football.
