Note: The football camp is a non-contact camp
This is a great way to try out the sport - learn from MVHS Coaches and student-athletes this Spring!

Join the Tradition. Build the Future.

Our Spartan Girls Flag Football Camp is more than just a training clinic—it's a high-energy environment where athletes grow on and off the field. Whether your athlete is a seasoned player or picking up a football for the first time, our camp offers a fun, supportive atmosphere led by the experienced Mountain View coaching staff and our own varsity players.
Beyond the X's and O's, we focus on the "Total Athlete." Campers will develop:
Elite Skills: Fundamentals for QBs, RBs, WRs, LBs, and DBs.
Physical Growth: Speed, power, flexibility, and stance.
Character: Teamwork, self-discipline, and leadership.
Confidence: Learning to compete with heart and respect for others.
